We combine high-tech automated fabrication with the expertise of our own people. By using our directly employed erecting teams, we maintain full control over quality and safety from the workshop to your site.
How We Work
Structural Steel & Architectural Metal Work
From 3D scan through to on-site installation, every project follows our proven step-by-step process.
Step 1
3D Scan & Site Measure
We perform 3D scans and site measurements using a Trimble 3D scanner to ensure maximum precision from existing structures.
Step 2
Shop Drawings
Our design engineers create shop drawings based on initial consultations with our clients. These drawings include critical technical details that must be approved by the client and engineers before fabrication begins.
Client Approval
Final drawings are reviewed with our manufacturing team and presented for your sign-off. We only begin fabrication once formal client approval is received.
Step 4
Procurement
We source all materials from local suppliers, selected specifically to meet your project's technical requirements and engineering standards.
Step 5
Fabrication
We fabricate your project based on approved drawings and specifications. Our team performs continuous quality checks at every stage to ensure structural integrity and precision.
Step 6
Surface Treatment
To ensure maximum durability, we provide high-quality surface finishes, including Hot-dip galvanising, Powder-coating, and Zinc Phosphate priming, tailored to your project's environment.
Step 7
Delivery & Install
We deliver the finished product directly to your site, including all necessary hardware and fixings. We also offer expert installation services if required.
